Web-Based Profile Instructions
Part of your responsibility at TTCSP is contributing to our global database of think tanks. This semester, you will do so by submitting Web-Based Profiles to this and only this form. Please note that this is different from the Online Profile Form which think tanks continue to have access to and have been using to submit profiles themselves. Under no circumstances are these two forms to be mingled, confused, or conflated.
You will only submit profiles for institutions which have not submitted their own profiles. Attached here is a dynamically updating list of institutions which have submitted their profile. You are to cross reference this list with the Global Go-To Think Tank Index in order to identify institutions which have not submitted profiles. Then, you are to use the Web-Based Profile Form to create profiles for those which remain. After you have exhausted the Global Go-To Think Tank Index, you are to continue adding institutions from your region with the goal of compiling all think tanks in your designated regions which have not submitted their own profile.
What follows are a series of clarifications pertaining to submitting data in the Web-Based Profile Form:
Location
If you have a question about which nations fit into what region (for example, is Pakistan located in the Asia or Middle East & North Africa region?) Please refer to the Regions page of the ThinkTank Database Updates for Project Leads.
If, for some reason, your question is not answered there, then reach out to me.
Date Founded
Please write dates as “31/08/2020”. Any deviation from that form will create compiling issues.

There are four options for the Affiliation metric, each is listed below along with a short definition.
