Esther is a junior at the University of Pennsylvania, studying Finance and Legal Studies in Wharton, and Mathematics in the College. Her main areas of interest are human rights concerning green energy policies, military innovation and U.S.-China relations. Currently, she is the Data Tsar. Previously, she has served on the UN Team, Korea Team and Data Team, organizing virtual summits in Fall 2020 to support the UN75 Anniversary and global think tanks. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.

In Summer 2020, Esther began her research assistant position under Professor of Political Science Michael Horowitz at the Perry World House through the Penn Undergraduate Research Mentoring Program. She studied attitudes, investments, and confidence-building measures concerning military adoption of artificial intelligence technology. She was also a researcher at Texas State University and the UT Austin Meyers Lab, where she used graphical networking software to analyze cellular mobility data from Jilin, China, to identify areas of high COVID-19 transmission. Esther is also involved in the Wharton Asia Exchange, Wharton Business and Law Association, Penn Undergraduate Law Journal, Full Measure A Cappella, Penn Baroque Chamber Orchestra and serves in the Renewal College Fellowship.
